What is Hosted Telephony or Voip?

Voip stands for Voice over IP which - in a nutshell this means your voice traffic (i.e phone conversations) is now carried over the internet - One Internet connection now suffices for all your voice and data traffic. The brains that controls your voice traffic are now hosted in the cloud as opposed to having an onsite system - this significantly reduces cost and complexity for the end user.

How does your product/service work?

Traditionally an onsite phone system was required for even small businesses to give functionality such as recorded messaging, call transferring etc - this carried a significant upfront cost and was not very flexible if your business was constantly expanding and evolving. Now that better connectivity exists these functions have been moved to the cloud offering a much more flexible solution at a fraction of the cost. A micro business can now have all of the same complex Voice features as an enterprise for very affordable rates, thus presenting a very professional image.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is extremely competitive and is based on a fixed monthly bill per seat (extension/user). There are no upfront capital costs and new handsets are provided as part of your monthly bill. We also provide manage and install fibre internet connections which are critical to the successful operation of any network. Again these vary in cost and quality but we can advise according to your requirements - Backup and failover connectivity can also be provided
